  • We hold regular in-person or virtual parent meetings before the trip to review the itinerary, packing lists, behavior expectations, and more.
  • You’ll receive updates via email, Remind, or a designated travel app while we’re abroad, so you can stay connected and informed.
  • A 24/7 emergency contact will be provided before departure.

💬 Behavior Policy

  • All students are expected to follow our behavior expectations, which include respectful conduct, group accountability, and safety compliance.
  • Violations of the policy may result in disciplinary action, including being sent home at the parent/guardian’s expense.
  • Parents will be contacted immediately if any serious concerns arise during the trip.

Please check out this parents guide on the EF Tours website by clicking the link. We understand that safety comes first when traveling, especially with high school students. You can rest assured our travel partner EF Tours also believes in safety first.

We are high school teachers at Winslow High School who decided to take students from the community to Europe. Although this is not a school sponsored trip, all chaperones will be Winslow Township High School teachers. Furthermore, we will have a female chaperone with us as well.

We start enrolling students in 9th grade so that payments are lower. We take students on trips on the summer before they start 12th grade year. Doing so lets experience Europe at a more responsible age while going into their senior year with a better sense of the globe.
