“What’s included?” is one of the primary questions we hear from parents and students preparing to travel abroad with Winslow Travel Club.
Our group tours are designed to be comprehensive and hassle-free. Most core travel expenses are covered in the program price, including:
- Hotel accommodations with private bathrooms
- Round-trip airfare
- Dedicated motorcoach/bus transportation and train fare
- Daily breakfast at the hotel (typically bread/rolls, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, and tea)
- Daily dinner at local restaurants or hotel dining facilities (featuring a blend of local specialties and familiar dishes from a fixed menu; complimentary table water is provided, though some locations charge extra for soft drinks or special beverages)
- Scheduled guided tours and local sightseeing admissions
- Museum entrance tickets and show admission
- Full-time Tour Director providing 24/7 group coordination throughout the entire itinerary
- Specialized local city guides
- Travel backpack and group wristband
What’s Not Included?
To help families plan and budget effectively, please keep in mind that a few individual expenses are handled separately:
- Daily Lunch: Students will have designated free time for lunch each day. Meals purchased during this personal time are paid for directly by the student.
- Gratuities: Tips for our full-time Tour Director, local city guides, and bus drivers are collected prior to departure and are not included in the base program fee.
- Personal Spending: Spending money for souvenirs, snacks, or optional beverage purchases at dinner.
