🛡️ STUDENT SAFETY COMES FIRST • All trips are led by experienced local educators and vetted adult chaperones trained in student supervision and emergency protocols. • We partner with industry-leading, trusted travel providers that specialize in international student tours. • Students are always in supervised groups and are never permitted to leave designated tour areas without permission.
📅 TRIP MEETINGS & UPDATES • We hold regular in-person or virtual parent information meetings prior to departure to review itineraries, packing lists, behavior expectations, and travel safety. • You will receive updates via email or a designated travel app while abroad so you can stay connected. • A 24/7 emergency contact number will be provided to all families prior to departure.
💬 BEHAVIOR POLICY • All student travelers are expected to follow our behavior expectations, which emphasize respectful conduct, group accountability, and safety compliance. • Serious violations of tour policies may result in disciplinary action, including being sent home at the parent or guardian’s expense. • Parents will be notified immediately if any serious concerns arise during the tour.
💰 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS • Payment schedules and due dates are shared well in advance through our tour provider. • All primary trip payments, insurance, and account management are processed directly by EF Educational Tours. • Flexible installment plans and fundraising resources are available to help families manage costs. • Group gratuities (tips for local tour directors and bus drivers) are collected transparently by club leadership prior to departure.

The Winslow Travel Club was established by local educators to provide students from the community with extraordinary opportunities to explore Europe. While this is an independent, non-school-sponsored community program, all chaperones are experienced background-checked adults, including female chaperone coverage on every trip.
We encourage families to enroll early so that monthly payments remain low and manageable. Taking students on international tours as they enter their upper high school years allows them to experience global history firsthand at a mature age while building independence and confidence.
